ALP BLOSSOM made by Sennerei Huban (Switzerland) Alp Blossom is transported at 6 months to the cave at Kaeskuche in Bavaria, where the cheese is covered in a combination of dried edible flowers & herbs pulled from the surrounding Alpine meadows. Sennerei Huban was founded in 1901 as a coop and the first cheese school in Austria. All farms are located within 5 k of the coop and fed on pasture or hay year round.
