Artisan USA cheese favorite – Dancing Fern – made by Sequatchie Cove makes it’s Southern California return.

DANCING FERN made by Sequatchie Cove Farm (Sequatchie, TN) – ACS 2012 1st Place winner in the Farmstead Soft Cheese Category. Named after the farms nursery, Dancing Fern is a fantastic take on a Reblochon Style cheese. Made from 100% Raw Cow’s milk, this American beauty yields a prominent vegetal overtone and a pleasantly meaty taste undertone and taste.
