We work out of a State of California, Department of Food and Agriculture certified facility—Plant No. 06-17651M—allowing us to be responsive to your particular needs. We cut down certain larger wheels of cheese such as Gruyere, Comte, and Parmigiano Reggiano into sizes that are manageable for your location.
