As we look forward to another year, opportunities abound – a few more cozy winter weeks, the freshness of spring and its accompanying young cheeses, and long summer evenings spent traveling and entertaining for our loved ones. Most exciting, a cheese consuming audience growing ever-more excited about artisan products and the brilliant people behind them!
